Breakdown Support
Hitec Lift Trucks can provide breakdown support and call-out services up to 60 miles from our premises in Wellingborough.
Whether it is at a site or stored at your own facility, one of Hitec’s expert engineers will attend to survey your equipment. If it is possible, they will attempt to fix the issue on site. If it is a larger issue and requires longer to fix than originally thought, we’ll bring your equipment back to our workshop to complete the fixing process.

We know how broken-down equipment can majorly affect your business.
That is why Hitec Lift Trucks promise our customers a maximum of a four hour response time after call-out. We have heavily invested in our mobile service units. They are constantly being assessed to ensure that they are well equipped and stocked with replacement MHE parts to minimise downtime.
Engineer Training
Our engineers go through frequent refresher training so that they are on top of all new developments and equipment, giving them the expertise and knowledge to get your equipment up and running.
